The focus of Zimmer Spine is to improve and enhance the quality of life for patients with back pain, neck pain, degenerative disc conditions, and injuries due to trauma. Our purpose is to design, manufacture, and distribute medical devices and surgical tools that provide comprehensive spine care solutions for orthopaedic-, trauma- and neurosurgeons.

Since its foundation in 1991, Zimmer Spine has been responding to, and collaborating with surgeon partners applying state-of-the-art research for product and technology development. The result is innovative solutions for spine surgeons such as the Dynesys® Dynamic Stabilisation System and many other products for Interbody Fusion, Cervical, Thoracolumbar, Non-Fusion, and Biologic applications. Not only is the range of products continually growing, but these days availability is almost universal throughout all European countries.
In parallel with new technology, new approaches and surgical techniques for spine treatment are being developed. Surgeons who have been trained on one of the highly respected Zimmer Institute courses and/or are using Zimmer Spine’s product may affirm their confidence in our company.
