Indications

To provide a self-locking mechanism to hold the edges of a wound open and allow for surgical exposure during general use and neurosurgical procedures.

Contridictions

The Harmony Port System is only intended for use as indicated. Do not use this system in the presence of any contraindication:

• Active systemic infection or infection localized to the site of the proposed instrument usage.

• Suspected or documented sensitivity to materials commonly used in surgical instruments or products, including polyphenylsulfone, and surgical stainless steel.
  

Note – TheHarmony Port System is a latex-free product.

• If the device is bent, cracked, or otherwise physically damaged to a degree such that system functionality will be compromised.
