Targeting Needle

• Percutaneously docked on pedicle for subsequent K-wire placement.

Tissue Dilators

•  Slide over K-wire to dilate soft tissue.

Bone Awl

• Taps (5.0 mm and 6.0 mm)
• Awl slides over K-wire to broach pedicle cortex.
• A raised "stop" limits pedicle penetration depth to 20 mm when applied with moderate force.

Extender Sleeve

• Sleeves attach to polyaxial screws by tightening locking screws (pictured).
• Also guides rod into center of polyaxial screw head.

Middle Extender Sleeve and Screw Driver inserted

• Ratcheting handle assists in ease of placement in pedicle.

Middle Extender Sleeve Screw Assembly Jig

• Ensures precision attachment of screw before tightening locking screws.
• Middle Extender Sleeve is seated in Assembly Jig before insertion of screw into sleeve (the Assembly Jig ensures precision attachment of screw before tightening locking screws).

Tissue Dilation Wedge

• Blunt edge allows splitting of muscle plane between extender sleeves; a barbed edge facilitates cutting of fascia.

Rod Caliper

• Registers distance between polyaxial screw heads to determine rod length.

Pre-Bent Rods

• Diameter: 5.5mm titanium alloy
• Available lengths: 40, 50, 60, 70, and 80 mm

Straight Rods

• Diameter: 5.5mm titanium alloy
• Available lengths: 50, 75, 100 and 125 mm
• A Rod Bender is standard in the PathFinder kit.

Rod Holder - Sleek Handle Rod Holder

• The Rod Holder utilizes thumb pressure for maximum flexibility; the Sleek Handle Rod Holder grips rod firmly during placement.

Rod Pusher - Rod Bender

• The Rod Bender adjusts lordosis of straight or pre-bent rods.
• Rod Pusher slides down channel of extender sleeve to seat rod in polyaxial head.

Reduction Forceps

• Used in conjunction with Counter Torque Reduction Tubes to reduce spondylolisthesis.

Counter Torque Reduction - Tubes (End and Middle)

• Place over Extender Sleeves for reduction and final tightening.

T-Handle Driver

• Used in placement and final tightening of Closure Tops in polyaxial screw heads.

Interbody Distractor & Compressor

• Used in conjunction with T-Handle
• Driver for distraction and compression.

Axis Finder

• Provides counter torque in procedures where Extender Sleeves are accidentally removed prematurely.

Universal Driver

• Screw Adjuster
• Universal Driver removes sheered off closure tops in revision procedures.
• The Screw Adjuster can be used for easy screw removal as well as intraoperative
  screw height adjustment.
